Eggs Benedict
A classic! Sear the Canadian Bacon, toast the English Muffin, poach the eggs and ladle on the Hollandaise. Another classic. Served with hashed browns. Pancakes or toast extra charge.

All omelettes are made baked with Grade AA extra large eggs. Served with a choice of Swiss or Cheddar Cheese. All are served with three buttermilk pancakes. Other buttermilk pancake variations are available at an additional charge. Served scrambled upon request.

Allow 20 minutes for egg white omelettes. Prepared in a cholesterol-free oil upon request
